Ambit is a handspun aluminium luminaire developed through a systematic exploration of form and proportion. The process led to a precise tension between linear and curved geometry, a relationship that defines the lamp's profile and gives it a distinct, considered outline.
The upper section of the form is drawn upward toward the cord, which is finished in the same colour as the exterior shade, creating a continuous material expression from fixture to ceiling. The interior is white throughout, maximising light diffusion and heightening the contrast between inner and outer surfaces.
The family includes a pendant, wall-mounted fixture, and rail system, each suitable for use as a single unit or arranged in symmetric formations and clustered configurations.
