The Bruno Mathsson Prize, 40 Years
Established by Mathsson toward the end of his life, the Bruno Mathsson Foundation has awarded an annual prize since 1984 to individuals making significant contributions to furniture design and related fields. It is today the largest design prize in the Nordic region.

The exhibition presents the prize recipients across four decades. The display is organised around a series of cardboard box podiums: Mathsson's own work is positioned on top, while the work of each respective prize recipient is presented within. The cardboard is painted in a single contemporary pink, establishing a chromatic counterpoint to the varied materials and formal languages of the exhibited works, which span the full forty-year period of the prize. TAF Studio received the prize in 2017.
