The house is situated in northern Gotland, designed and constructed in cross-laminated timber panels of spruce, with façade and roof clad in folded aluzinc sheet metal. The house spans 80 m² and features an open plan connecting kitchen and living room, which together with the full-height volume open to the ridge creates an airy quality, while a mezzanine of 16 m² provides additional accommodation. The house contains three bedrooms and offers ease of living through a palette of durable, low-maintenance materials.
Designed by TAF co-founder Gabriella Lenke as a vacation house for her own family.
